In this free workshop, Meryem will share with you 5 tools that you can use anytime, anywhere, to redirect your body’s reaction to stress & overwhelm.

By the end of this workshop, you will:

♦  Feel a lot calmer and more centered, and feel more at peace with who you are and where you’re at now;

♦  Know what to do to come back to balance when your stress levels are high and you just feel totally overwhelmed;

♦  Be equipped with simple tools to take care of your body and yourself when faced with overwhelming situations;

♦  Feel empowered knowing that you’re not at the mercy of the seas of life, and that you can actually do something to make yourself feel better, even if it means “not doing”, but consciously.

This workshop is for creatives and curious folks who like to move with their body, and who want to know how to return to a state of balance so they can make clearer & more aligned decisions in their personal life and work life.

Originally from Morocco, Meryem Alaoui is a professional dancer, somatic movement educator and embodiment coach living in Toronto, and a student of Body-Mind Centering®, an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness. Founder of Fluid Soma, she helps people connect deeply to their body to rediscover and accept who they are, and align their work with their deepest calling.
